Breath Weapon- Stream of Ice, Freezing Vapor, Temperature Manipulaion
Personality- Hyouga is a very unruly and rebelious dragon. He despises order and thrives on chaos, feeling that laws only bind those they were created to control and protect. He enjoys causing turmoil and fighting, destroying nearly everything in his path. Turning whole lands into frozen wastelands. Rather than choosing a specific place as a lair, he conquers another area every so many years, turning places that were once sunny and thriving areas into frozen glaciers and mountains. He dislikes most other dragons and has very high standards for just about everything. His god-like view of himself causes him to underestimate his enemies and sometimes turns away potential allies.
Physical Description- Hyouga is a massive blue colored dragon with dark grey scales lining the top of his head, his paws, his back, and his tail, and under his neck above his underbelly. His wings are very similar to your average, except slightly larger. Large ice sickle like points protrude from the tips of his wings. His tail has a long blade-like barb at the end of it. His eyes are large and bright white colored, blank white with no pupils. He is capable of making long and extremely sharp and durable ice sickles sprout from his back. He stands roughly at 130 ft. tall, with a 145 ft. wingspan.

History- Hyouga is feared throughout some parts of the world as a destroyer and renegade. He made his way through many territories, eliminating almost all life forms along the way. As he would pass through an area, he would freeze the landscape and drop the temperature so severely over time, it would cause devastating blizzards and ice storms, eventaully killing off most if not all of the plant and animal life. He was once in battle with a powerful dragon who breathed fire, and attempted to burn him to death in a fiery blaze of anger. The attempt ended in failure, when the fire's heat didn't prove enough to melt the ice that had trapped him beneath the surface of a canyon. Due to the rapidly decreasing temperature and the harsh conditions, the dragon succumb to the elements and died. Within the last few decades, he has been staying in a large frozen mountain, making his lair within a mountain cave, where few every dare to travel.
Other- Although he has a very self righteous persona, he is in reality a kind dragon. At least to those he respects and admires.
